Heroes of Might and Magic III: In the Wake of Gods is a massive modification of HMMIII inventing script language and generally intended to stretch the Browse and play mods created for Heroes of Might and Magic III at ModDB. Most important mod to recommend if you are playing on any remotely modern computer is the HD Mod. You can set it to a wide amount of resolutions, you can toggle different mod executibles, you can bump the frame rate up, etc. I cannot go back to the original.
