New Vegas has better map design. Fallout 3 is literally just a square. You could walk down a seemingly open field by accident only to be told to go back because you managed to reach the edge without noticing. New Vegas carefully crafted their map around boundaries so something is always blocking your path when trying to hit the edge. Single Player. Welcome to Vegas. New Vegas. It’s the kind of town where you dig your own grave prior to being shot in the head and left for dead… and that’s before things really get ugly.
