Hi - Thanks to assistance previously, The roof has been diagnosed and the issue is due to a hydraulic line being split which runs from the right side boot cylinder to the pump, hence no hydraulic fluid. The fracture is due to bad design from Peugeot.

Make sure all windows are down. Make sure boot isn't locked. Test luggage switch hasn't failed by disconnecting at the plug and get your multi meter and check for a complete circuit at the switch itself when depressed. Failing all that manually lower the roof and then refit and try then. This has worked on a peugeot 207 should also work with
